By accessing the Marginico website or using the Marginico application, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Availability Status
Marginico is currently provided as early access software by invitation.
The application is under active development. Features, availability, user interface, storage model and pricing may change without prior notice.
Permitted Use
You may use Marginico only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
- attempt to interfere with the service
- reverse engineer the application where prohibited by law
- distribute malware
- misuse the service or infrastructure
Intellectual Property
Marginico, its software, branding, logos and content remain the intellectual property of the project owner unless otherwise stated.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The website or application may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.
User Data
During the current early access phase, application data is stored locally on the user's device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business information.
No Warranty
Marginico is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
No warranty is made regarding:
- uninterrupted availability
- accuracy
- fitness for a particular purpose
- absence of defects
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marginico shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the website or application.
Future Paid Plans
Pricing, subscription plans and free functionality may change after the early access period.
Participation in early access does not guarantee permanent free access unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
