Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Marginico ("the App", "we", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Marginico website and mobile application.
Marginico is currently provided as early access software by invitation. Functionality and data processing may evolve before the public release. This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Information We Collect
Website
The website itself does not require registration.
Depending on the hosting configuration, technical information such as:
- IP address
- browser type
- operating system
- request timestamps
- requested pages
may be processed by the hosting provider for security, logging and service delivery.
Mobile Application
The current early access version stores business information locally on your device, including:
- jobs
- customers
- expenses
- attached receipt photos
- application preferences
At this stage, this information is stored locally on your device and isnot uploaded to Marginico-operated cloud servers, with one exception: when you add an expense from a receipt, text extracted on-device from the receipt (not the photo itself) is sent to Marginico-operated servers to suggest an amount, supplier, and category. Suggested values are shown to you for review before anything is saved.
Support Requests
If you contact us by email, we may process:
- your name
- email address
- information you provide voluntarily
- screenshots or attachments you choose to send
Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or confidential business information.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to:
- provide the website
- improve the application
- investigate bugs

Third-Party Services
The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages.
Additional third-party providers, such as application marketplaces, analytics providers or email services, may be introduced in the future. This policy will be updated before such services become active.

Current early access application data is stored locally on your device, aside from the receipt-scan text described above.
Future versions may introduce optional cloud synchronization or backup. If this occurs, users will be informed before such functionality becomes available.
